The Crazy World Disclaimer: Unfortunately; since 2020 raw product availability across the world, especially in the jewelry industry, and the pricing of such materials has become (pardon the expression) a crapshoot. AS FAR AS OUR OWN ABILITIES ARE CONCERNED, we will make sure we deliver on the promises we make. However, delays beyond our ability to rectify (sometimes extreme) do occur. When such delays are encountered, you will be immediately notified and all options will be presented.

No guarantees are given or implied unless otherwise stated in this document. Any guarantees, written or implied, mean that should any product fade, break or contain any defect WHILE UNDER WRITTEN WARRANTY; we will refinish or replace the defective material at no cost to you. Please note that our guarantee applies to defective material ONLY, and not labor. The term “Lifetime” is indicative of the average durability of the product.
